美国初级中学的教师散发给12-15岁孩子的生活提示和性教育小册子的一部分。


1:Know your date well. 很好地了解你的约会对象

2:Date those who are like minded. 和志趣相同的人约会。

3;Set limits and stick to them.  设定界限，不朝三暮四 。

4;Have a plan.  有计划。

Have a backup plan.  有后备计划。

Hang around with friends who aren't sexually active. 
和那些性方面不活跃的人交朋友。

Go out in groups, not alone.  成群出去，不独处。

Dress attractively but not provocatively.  穿着有吸引力但不挑逗。

Don't see R rated movies. 不看色情电影。

Keep your clothes on. 衣服不要敞开。

11) Have enough money to get home on your own. 
准备好足够的钱可以自己回家。

12) Have your date meet your parents.
安排你约会的人见你的父母

13) Avoid isolated spots. 避免孤立隔绝的地点。

14) Avoid drugs and alcohol. 避免毒品和酒精。

15) Feel free to blame your parents for restrictions.
如果觉得父母干涉应予公开责备

16) Respect the word "NO". 善于说"不" 和接受"不"。
